Because cosmetic ink sits more superficially and may contain different pigments, removal requires specialized settings and careful evaluation.

Some cosmetic inks may temporarily change colors before fading. We discuss all expectations during your consultation so there are no surprises. Our goal is lighten enough for correction or complete removal when possible.

Frequently asked questions

Will my brows change colors in the process?

Some cosmetic inks may temporarily darken or shift warmer in color before fading. This is a normal part of the removal process. We use conservative settings and adjust each session based on how your pigment responds to minimize unwanted color changes and guide the ink safely toward removal.

Is laser better than saline removal?

Laser and saline removal work differently, and the best option depends on your specific pigment and goals.
Laser is typically more effective for breaking down deeper pigment and achieving more complete removal over time, while saline may be helpful in specific cases.
We’ll assess your brows and recommend the safest, most effective approach for you.

Will I lose brow hair?

Temporary lightening or shedding of brow hairs can occur, especially when treating darker pigments, but this is typically not permanent. Hair growth returns as the area heals, and we take care to protect the surrounding skin and hair during treatment.

Does microblading removal hurt?

Most clients describe the sensation as quick, tolerable snaps, less uncomfortable than microblading and saline removal in most cases and takes less than 10 minutes after numbing. Prescription numbing and cryo cooling are always available at no extra charge.

Can I get my brows redone after removal?

Yes! Many clients choose to have their brows redone after fading or removal. Our goal is to lighten the pigment enough to give you a clean, natural base for future work if so desired.
